The first time I heard Broken Bones it hit me like a piece of a puzzle falling into place. The album Universes is probably one of the best to come out of the last decade, every song on it is flawless. I can listen to this album over & over & over again and not get sick of it.
Seeing them performing at the Big Day Out 2009 was definitely a highlight of the day, especially when they played Broken Bones & Wild Eyed Boy.
When I went through a bad breakup at the end of last year I remember listening to Broken Bones & the lyrics just made sense about how I was feeling at the time.
