Where do I start with my love for Jinja Safari? I love supporting local acts but when a band is this good you can't help but rave about them to anyone who will listen - and believe you me my friends have listened to me going on about these guys for a few months now...
Pepa & Marcus are 2 inner city Sydney-siders who have exploded onto the music scene this year with their newly released, self titled EP and in particular this song, Peter Pan. They've been getting a lot of play on JJJ and FBI and after a massive national support tour for Art Vs Science and a string of festivals already lined up over summer there's no doubt that you'll be hearing and seeing a lot more of these great lads!
Seeing these guys live is like that sensation you get when sticking pop rocks in your mouth - it's surprising, explosive and always leaves you wanting more. It's really cool to see instruments like Sitars being used in modern music, and is one of the reasons why I rate these guys as a band to watch in future!
